co-nexx.us is free, and it is an alpha. It works, and it is unfinished. Using it is your choice and your risk.

There is no tolerance for objectionable content or for abusive behaviour toward anyone.

Do not use co-nexx.us to harass, threaten, or bully. Do not use it to share sexual content involving minors. Do not use it to share anything that is illegal where you are, to distribute malware, or to attack the network it runs on.

Report it from inside the app. Open the actions on the message, the direct message, or the feed post, and choose Report. The app fills in the codename, the place and the time, and shows you exactly what it is about to send — it does not include what was written.

Or write to support@co-nexx.us yourself. Either way, reports are read, and answered.

Less than you might expect, and that follows from how the app works rather than from a choice about how to run it. A message is sealed on the device that sent it, so nobody outside a conversation can read one — which also means nobody outside it can reach in and remove one.

What can be done is done by the people who are there. A room's admin can delete a message from that room and mute whoever sent it. The owner of a feed can do the same to a reply.

And you can act for yourself, without asking anyone. Block someone in Direct and they cannot reach you there. Block someone in a room and you stop seeing them in it — on your device, quietly, with nothing deleted and nothing to undo but the block. Mute anyone, anywhere.

A report reaches someone who can act on the app itself — not on another person's room, and not on another person's device.

co-nexx.us is not intended for children and must not be used by them.

co-nexx.us comes with no warranty. It is provided as it is: it may lose data, fail to deliver a message, or stop working, and none of that carries a promise of repair or compensation.
